seems to be a theme going on around here
breakfast!
tay and i have been trying to start our days off right with good, healthy, energizing meals
this morning i made oatmeal (the heart healthy serving)
in almond milk (instead of water) and added fresh chopped banana, strawberry and kiwi
to top it off we added flax seed and flax seed oil
a bowl of omega threes, antioxidants, protein and fiber
mMmMMmmmm
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day :)
